He is survived by: his parents, Jesse Perry and Linda Young Perry; his fiancée Anita Eades Miles of Lyons; his son Michael Craven Jr. (Yvonne Craven) of Chardon, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Nathan, Aubrie, Logan, Emmett and Oliver.

Memorials may be given to the Donor's Choice in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
