She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl "Cowboy" and Agnes C. Jochems (Kramer); her siblings, Steve, Terry Jochems and Kay Werner; and her siblings-in-law, Mel Bruggeman and Carol Jochems.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jerry Jochems (Martha) of Concordia, KS, Karen Bruggeman of Hays, KS and Patricia Cupps (Larry) of Haven, KS; her brother-in-law Stan Werner of La Junta, CO; and her pets, Otis, Alfie, Kim and Nathan. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Memorials may be given to J.D.R.F. Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation or Megan's Wings in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
