She was predeceased by: her father Melvin Folk; and her brother Brad Folk. She is survived by: her mother Mary Folk (Perkins) of Lyons; her brothers, Jerry Folk (Vicki) of Bushton, KS and Bob Folk of Great Bend, KS; and her friend Jake Lange of Lyons. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
