She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Fitzgerald and Mary Ethel McAdams (Jacobs); her husband William G. Harmon; and her daughter Cynthia K. Miller. She is survived by: her sons, Dale Higgins of Chase, KS, Harold Higgins (Terry) of Rossville, KS and Russell Higgins (Lori) of Fairmont, MN; her son-in-law Randy Miller (Rogene) of Holton, KS; her sister Norma Jean Starr of Kismit, KS; and her grandchildren, Katie Webb (Jesse) of Lyons, KS, Jacob Higgins (Erica) of Lyons, KS, Shannon Higgins of Lyons, KS, Gavin Higgins (Sherry) of Lyons, KS, Crystal Fall (Luke) of Lyons, KS, Colton Higgins (Carly) of Prior Lake, MN, Riley Higgins of Richfield, MN, Russell Miller (Melissa) of Tonkawa, OK and Sarah Miller of Albuquerque, NM. She is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren.
