She is survived by: her children, Jerry Spradlin of Kansas City, Kansas and Connie Humiston of Olathe, Kansas; her grandson Lance Spradlin of Green Bay; her great grandchildren, Amanda, Bastian and Stevie; her great great grandchild Melidee; her grandson Justin Spradlin of Burrton; her great grandchildren, Chase Depew, Jhet and Jayci Spradlin; her granddaughter Jacia Phillips (Mike); her great grandchildren, Hartson and Valentina Phillips of Olathe, Kansas; her granddaughter Jana Spradlin (Justin Rone); her great grandchildren, Brayden and Kyan of Lee's Summit, Missouri; and her grandson Jeffrey Spradlin of Platte City, Missouri..
In lieu of flowers, public memorials to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation/Heart of America Chapter in memory of Margie M. Spradlin (this is in honor of great grandson Chase Depew), should be sent to the Birzer Funeral Home.
