She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Wilcoxon and Barbara Sanborn Wilcoxon; her sons, Brent and Corey Milburn; and her sister Judy Hephner.

She is survived by: her husband Charles E. Milburn; her daughter Anita Roath (Brad) of Pomona, KS; her brother Roy Wilcoxon (Mary) of Clearwater, KS; her brother-in-law Claude Hephner of Wichita, KS; her grandchildren, Brandon Roath (Jamie) of Olathe, KS, Brooke Roath of Springhill, KS and Breck Milburn of Wichita, KS; and her great grandchildren, Jackson Roath, Bailey Roath, Mackenzie Dale and Eden Milburn. She is also survived by her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to Friends of Animals Rice County and Bell and Star Fund in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
