She was predeceased by: her parents, Paige Shuttleworth and Lola Shute Shuttleworth; her siblings, Dwight, Teddy, Vance, Paige and Della Pruitt; her daughter-in-law Cheryl Ann Warner; and her grandson Joshua Warner.

She is survived by: her aunt Mary Hanna Robinson; her husband William Griffis; her children, Gene Warner of Holyrood, KS, Sandra McCarthy of Joliet, IL and James Warner (Andrea) of Boise, ID; her stepchildren, Rhonda Newman (Jim) of Lyons, Jo Burge of Lyons and Doug Griffis (Kathy) of Cunningham, KS; and her brother Myrt Shuttleworth (Marlyn) of Geneseo, KS. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and step-grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to the First United Methodist Church in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
