Kenneth R. Wiens Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth R. Wiens (Lyons, Kansas), who passed away on January 3, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Wiens and Erma Jane Wiens; his brothers, Jay Wiens and Loren Wiens; and his niece Danae Osborn.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Jessie Williams, Cody Wiens (Amber) of Edmond, OK and Keegan Wiens (Alicia) of Seattle, WA; his grandchildren, Jaques Williams, Jr. (Lauren) of Rochester, MN, Addison and Reagan Wiens of Edmond; and his sisters-in-law, Rita Wiens and Cheryl Friesen. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews and their children.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Birzer Funeral Home (214 West Ave S, Lyons, KS 67554). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (803 S Dinsmore Ave, Lyons, KS 67554).
Memorials may be given to the Rice County Community Foundation (for Rice County FFA chapters), in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
