She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse J. Baze and Ida Wilson Baze; and her siblings, Clifford J. Base and Helen M. Walker. She is survived by: her nephews, Edward M. Walker, Thomas D. Walker, Larry G. Walker and Garry D. Walker.

Memorials may be given to Good Samaritan Society, Lyons in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
