She is survived by: her significant other Rusty; and her daughters, Janice D. Clayton-Mazur (Dale) of Lyons and Joanna E. Cassidy (Galen) of Wichita, KS. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; thirty-six great-grandchildren; ten great-great-grandchildren.
