She is survived by: her children, Lewis M. Smith Jr. (Ramona) of Sylvis, IL, Kenneth A. Smith of Radcliff, KY, Jeffrey C. Smith of Harrisburg, PA, Kelly L. Smith of Lawrence, KS and Shelly M. Smith of Hutchinson, KS; and her sister Vi Housel of Flint, MI. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
