He is survived by: his sons, Howard Raymond and Michael Jay; his grandson Ivan; his nephew Edwin (Sidney); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Christi and Lynn; his niece Carolyn Goldfarb (Gary); his son Todd; his niece Patricia Nolan (Robert); his children, Robert and Teresa; his grandchildren, Becky, Eddie, Sophia, Heather, Christopher and Thomas; his niece Cynthia Stoltenberg (Stony); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Keven and Craig; and his cousins, Les Alderman (Sue) and Wayne Schoonover.
Memorials may be given to Lyons United Methodist Church, or Lyons Good Samaritan Society in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
