He was predeceased by: his parents, Godfrey R. Geier and Agatha Hoffman Geier; and his brother Richard Geier. He is survived by: his sons, Scott Geier (Carol) of Lyons, Curt Geier of Lyons and Kevin Geier of Derby, KS; his siblings, Jerry Geier (Brenda) of Garden City, KS, Paul Geier (Tami) of Weston, ID, Pat Geier of Garden City, KS, Ed Geier of Highland, IL, Judy Hunt (Doug) of Garden City, KS, Joann Schlappe (Gary) of Delafield, WI, Ruth Drees (Darrel) of Garden City, KS, Sara Saloga (Dennis) of Garden City, KS and Monica Geier of Montezuma, KS; his sister-in-law Ellen Geier of Garden City, KS; and his grandchildren, Ryan Moore and Kallie Geier.
A Parish Rosary will be said at 7:00 P.M. Memorials may be given to St. Paul Catholic Church, Lyons or Reno County Hospice in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
