He was predeceased by: his mother Norma Ilene Hawks Kintigh. He is survived by: his father Cletus M. Kintigh of Lyons; his wife Treva Ann Wyatt; his sons, Rex Kintigh (Dawn) of Lyons and Ryan Kintigh (Stacie) of Hutchinson, KS; his brother Gary Kintigh (Laura) of McAllen, TX; his grandchildren, Zach (Leigh), Orion, Gunnar, Rheynna, Mason, Braydon, Anastasia, Lane, Kebren (Audra) and Logan; and his great grandchildren, Liam and Seraphina. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to American Heart Association in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
