She was predeceased by: her parents, John Pfannenstiel and Emmerencia Munsch Pfannenstiel; and her husband John G. Adams. She is survived by: her children, Curtis Adams (Melody) of Lyons, KS, Johnny Adams (Monica) of Dallas, TX and Rena McKenna (Jerry) of Holyrood, KS; and her siblings, Herbert Pfannenstiel of Broken Arrow, OK, Phyllis Debes of Lyons, KS, Linda Noltensmeier of Bakersfield, CA and Twila Griffith of Lake Isabella, CA. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to St. Paul Catholic Church, Lyons or Hospice House in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
