He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Wayne and Lena Margaret "Midge" Waggoner (Rick); and his wife Leona Pearl Cook. He is survived by: his son Justin Waggoner (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Madelyn and Cassidy; his daughter Becky Caywood (Todd) of Maple Hill, KS; his granddaughter Elise; his son Christopher Waggoner (Liz Crawford) of Lyons; his granddaughter Kaitlyn; and his siblings, Donald Waggoner (Julia) of Lyons and Linda Barker (Tom Davis) of Lyons.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Rice County Community Foundation (for the Bar K Bar Arena) in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
