David Lee Smith Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Lee Smith of Lyons, Kansas, who passed away on July 4, 2020 at the age of 103. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel E. "S. E." and Lola S. Elam Smith. He is survived by: his wife Betty L. Shufelberger; and his children, Sue L. Wright (Lonnie) of Mulvane, Jody Markwell (Terry) of Kingman, KS and Debra Engelbraugh of Wichita. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to American Legion Post #128, Sterling in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
