She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Melvin, Elnora Reazin (Barber), Oltie and Marjorie Smith (Goodfellow); and her brothers, Matthew and Scott Reazin.
She is survived by: her adoptive parents, Tom Reazin and Ruth Reazin (Smith); her parents, Tom Reazin and Ruth Reazin of Lyons; her brothers, Richard Reazin (Kim) of Galesburg, KS, Dan Reazin (Susan) of Lyons, David Reazin of Lyons and Jonathan Reazin (Jodi) of Meade, KS; her nieces and nephews, Shelby Skillett (Jake), Cole Reazin (Selena), Kelsi Reazin, Alex Reazin, Zane Reazin, Tiffany Reazin, Sydney Reazin, Scott Reazin, Simon Reazin, Jhett Reazin and Jayden Reazin; her great-nieces, Kaylee Skillett and Gidget Dickson; and her great-nephew Gabreil Dickson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Sandstone Heights Nursing Home (for the activity fund) in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
