He is survived by: his mother Donnalee Mounkes (Gilman) of Lyndon; his former wives, Karen Tibbits and Annette Michael; his daughter Mara Mounkes (Jay Hill) of Lyndon; and his sisters, Annetta Hurt (Danny) of Lyndon and Tammi Thornburgh (David) of Osage City.
