He was predeceased by: his parents, Cora Stitt (Leonard) and Ludell Stitt; and his sister Ludella Mae "Susie" McCann (Wilma "Billie" Stitt). He is survived by: his son Rod Stitt (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Molly Stitt and Dylan Stitt; and his brother Willis Stitt (Neusa). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
