It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Dean Jackson of Lyndon, Kansas, born in Emporia, Kansas, who passed away on June 20, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred A. "Fritz" and Elaine Gladys Jackson (Hallowell). He is survived by: his children, Blair Falldine (Cory) of Emporia, Audra Lohrbach (Dan) of Silver Lake, Tessa Herman (Brandon) of Topeka, Jetta Barbar (Turk) of Doha, Qatar and Richard Wade Jackson (Meg) of Topeka; and his siblings, Janice Fager (Larry) of Reading, Robert E. Jackson (Jan Ogleby) of Osage City and James L. Jackson (Deanna) of Osage City. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
