She was predeceased by: her parents, John Middleton and Eldora Storbeck Middleton; her husband Glenn Warren; her granddaughters, Denise Smith and Jeanie Spiker; and her sister Nancy Decock.
She is survived by: her children, Sheryl Gerhardt of Campbellsville, Janet Ward of Lyndon, Donald Warren of Oklahoma City, Doug Warren of Silver Lake and Dennis Warren of Abilene; and her siblings, Charles Middleton of Dallas, Galen Middleton of Highlands Ranch, Colorado and Phyllis Wilson of Sun City, Arizona. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.
