He was predeceased by: his parents, Bron Devin and Vivian "Deed" Devin (Watts); and his siblings, Nancy Ferguson, Linda Devin and Norman Devin.
He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Billings; his pet Sassy; his daughters, Shawna Craig of Michigan Valley, Michelle Ferguson (Brandon) of Michigan Valley, Libby Devin (Charlie Plott) of Topeka and Kelsey Winsky (Ricky) of Lyndon; his grandchildren, Caitlyn Frank (Devon), Tristan, Sadie Craig, Gracie, Reece Ferguson, Harlie and Jayce Winsky; his great grandchild Eloise Frank; and his brother Dennis Devin (Stella) of Quenemo. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
