He is survived by: his mother Margaret Spinks (Boyd) of Rogers, Arkansas; his wife Penny Lou Gilliland; his children, Angela Foreman (Nicholas) of St. Joseph, Troy Spinks (Hannah) of Clarinda and Stephen Spinks (Ashley) of San Clemente, California; his brother Nathan Spinks of Lowell, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Emmalynn Spinks, Christian, Noah, Isabella and Alexa Foreman.
