He is survived by: his wife Kim; his daughters, Kristy Buckalew (Dustin), Melony Blackston (Johnny) and Ashleigh Hull (Robby); his grandsons, Calvin, Dylan, Vinny, Landon, Brady and Rhett; his grandsons-in-law, Kyle and Dustin; his granddaughters, Haley, Paige, Gracie and McKenna; his siblings, Sharon Abuso and Steve Arnold (Jolene); and his siblings-in-law, Mike Patterson (Debbie), Charlie Patterson (Rae), Eddie Patterson (Amy Sue), Sherrie Hoffman (Alvin), Sheila Thomason (Leornard) and Tammy Baker (Steve). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
