He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Bell and Lucille Warren Bell; his wife Gladys Ellen Scrimsher; and his sister Shirley Bowers. He is survived by: his sister Nina Gragg of Emporia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Osage City, sent in care of the funeral home.
