He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex S. Ginther and Helen Arlene Ginther (Schmidt); his son Kenneth Ginther; and his brothers, Dwain and Allen Ginther.
He is survived by: his wife Simone Marie Urban; his children, Tom Ginther (Theresa) of Luray, Kansas, Kathy Moravek (John) of Hays, Marlene Miller (Mike) of Canton-Galva, Joyce Webb (Russell) of Minneapolis and Donna Dirks (Eric) of Lorraine, Kansas; and his siblings, Milt Ginther of Russell, Kansas, Glenn Ginther (Daisy) of Russell, Kansas and Elnora Boatright (Bob) of Lawrence, Kansas. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the Waldo Fire Department #3 or Amherst Church and sent in care of the mortuary.
