He is survived by: his wife Joyce Pertl (Konzem); his children, Brian Pertl (Pamela) of Bunker Hill, KS and Laura Pierce (Gene) of Bullard, TX; his grandchildren, William Pertl (Mindy Montgomery), Tosha McBride (Josh), Jillian Kent (Patrick) and Khristopher Pierce; and his great grandchildren, Odessa Pertl, Mox Pertl, Tahlia McBride and Everest McBride.
