He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, DeWayne Palmer and Elva Palmer (Brown); his wife Ann Boutwell; his daughters, Megan Gronewoller (Darin) of Beloit, Meredith Ney (Brian) of Olathe, KS and Marley McCormick (Mark) of Merriam, KS; his brother Dr. Keith Palmer (Linda) of Bucyrus, KS; and his grandchildren, Addison, Lexie, Avery, Audrey Ney, Wade, Wesley, Whitley and Willa Gronewoller.
