He is survived by: his daughter Katie Barnes (Branden); his grandchildren, Brevyn, Kasen and Sadie of Wichita; his daughter Hannah Page (Whitney) of Overland Park; his former wife Susan Gibson Page of Pratt; and his siblings, Mike (Sheri) of Plainville, Dan (Holly) of Lawrence, Mary Bond (Steve) of Wichita, Susan Kerns (Dave) of Sawyer, Melanie Calcara (Mark) of Great Bend and Missy Rempe (Mike) of Pratt. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and friends.
