Travis Prockish Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Travis Prockish (Louisville, Kansas), who passed away on April 14, 2020, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Travis Prockish to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Eugene, Jean Prockish, Gillen and Karen Small; and his uncles, Gary Small and Jerry Small.
He is survived by: his parents, Steve Prockish and Desdia Prockish (Small); his daughter Brooke Prockish of Louisville, KS; his sisters, Misty Pratt (Chris) and Meghan Kearn (Dennis); his nieces, Rylee Pratt, Ashlyn Pratt and Emma Kearn; and his nephew Kaden Kearn. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested memorials to the Brooke Prockish Education Fund, and may be left in care of Stewart Funeral Home, PO Box 48, Wamego, KS 66547.
