He is survived by: his children, Mark Garrett (Janey Mahhant) of Rock, Kansas, Mario Garrett of Lees Summit, Missouri, Kathy Walsh (David) of Louisville and Lori Featherby Whitaker (James) of Hernando Beach, Florida.; his grandchildren, Sidney, Brittney (Art), Justin, Kyeli, Amanda (Steve), Amber (Ricky), Amelia (Steven), Ashley (Brandon), Dexter (Grant), Josh, Cameron, Aiden, Liam and Sloane; his great grandchildren, Cameron (Victoria), Tyann, Ace, AJ, CJ, Cooper, Avery, Bryson, Gaven and Brayden; his siblings, Kathy Garrett-Schwei, Tony Garrett and Ronny Garrett (Brenda); his son Patrick Featherby; his grandchildren, Mason Garrett and Jenna Garrett; and his sister Josephine Herring Garrett.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Mulvane American Legion Post 136.
