He is survived by: his close friend Donna Randolph of Kincaid, KS; his daughter Angela Woodward (Jim) of Louisburg; his grandchild Jarod; his daughter Teresa Anderson (Lowell) of Williamsburg; his grandson Caleb; his great grandchild Katherine; his son Walter A. Grigsby Jr. (Candi) of LaCygne; his grandsons, Josh, Rusty and Jess; his stepson Allen (Jamie) of LaCygne; and his sons, Chad, C. J. Walt and Box.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for contributions to VITAS Hospice.
