She was predeceased by: her parents, Pete Shepard and Ethel Shepard; and her sister Patricia Hodge. She is survived by: her husband John McCullagh of Osawatomie, Kansas; her daughters, Angie O'Brien (Doug) of Louisburg and Krista Skaggs (Jason) of Olathe, Kansas; her sisters, Linda Cocks of Lee's Summit and Mary McCombs of Shawnee, Kansas; and her grandchildren, Justin O'Brien, Michaela Pecina, Nathan O'Brien and Braden O'Brien. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
