He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Jester and Mary Jester (Armstrong); his wife Ruth Olivia Lockman; and his brother James F. Jester. He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Ruth Armstrong (Gregory) of Louisburg and Michael Robert Jester (Gayle Thorne) of Kansas City, MO; his grandchildren, Jeremy Lee Armstrong (Jamie) of Louisburg and Kristin Rae Armstrong Gray (Sean) of Shawnee; his great grandchildren, Ezri Eden, Oakli Dawn and Emerson Lee Armstrong; and his sister Betty Jean Yowell of Overland Park. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p. m. Those in attendance are asked to wear masks.
