He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew J. Bozick and Mary Ellen Bozick (Turk); his wife Carol Ann Johnson; his sister Rosemary Krotz; his sons, Clark Richard Goodwin and Clint Michael Goodwin; and his daughter-in-law Melody Goodwin.
He is survived by: his children, Catherine Riedel (Dean), Charles Goodwin, Jr., Brian Bozick (Ann Marie), Bret Bozick (Traci) and Bruce Bozick (Amy); and his brother Michael Bozich. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren 24 great-grandchildren.
