Cutshaw; his wife Linda Cutshaw; his son Steve; his granddaughters, Kara, Kylie, Cadi Cutshaw and Hagen Draper; his great grandchildren, Wren, DJ and Lawson; and his siblings, Donnie, Ronnie, Lonnie, Gary Cutshaw, Bonnie Stuteville, Norma Miller and Connie Gast. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
