He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Wesley Draper and Erma Draper (Wylie); his brothers, Gerald "Jerry" Draper and Clark Wesley Draper; and his niece Joni.
He is survived by: his wife Janet L. Draper (Weeks); his children, Phillip Draper (Michelle) of Lewisburg, TN, Randy Draper (Michelle) of Grain Valley, MO, Jamie Griffin (David) of Manhattan, KS and Mary Wasinger (Randy) of Overland Park, KS; and his stepchildren, Elizabeth Long (Brent) of Baldwin City, KS and Matthew Vandree of Helena, MT. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and 4 nieces and nephews.
