He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Howard Sr. and Patty Sue Norris (Sumpter); his sisters, Gwen Yeager and Gaylen Wallace; and his granddaughter Parrish Hughes.
He is survived by: his children, Jaime Howard of Phoenix, AZ and Robert Dustin Howard (Heather) of Glendale, AZ; his siblings, Robert Howard (Julie) of Louisburg, KS, Rhonda Kerr (Thomas) and Janet Hardesty of Louisburg, KS; and his grandchildren, River Howard, Coleson Bishop and Landon Reyes. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
