He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Peter Perry and May Anna Perry (Nelson); his sister Dorothy Andrick; and his brother-in-law Doug Andrick. He is survived by: his sister Dorothy Lee; his children, Lisa Marie (Perry) and Anthony Wayne Perry (Debbie); and his grandchildren, Megan Perry Holsapple (Jon), Hayden Guetterman, Marisa Perry Meyer (Jake), Sam Guetterman, Ben Guetterman and Isaac Guetterman.
