He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Mick and Margeret Sobba Mick; and his sisters, Maryilyn Brecklein and Kathleen Leon. He is survived by: his children, Holly Dixon (Timothy), John Brendan Mick (Jennifer), Heather Wilming (Wade) and Kevin J. Mick; his nephew Jeffery Brecklein; and his niece Heather Scanlon-Coones (Botanicakc). He is also survived by his seven grandchildren, and his five great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Queen of the Holy Rosary-Wea Catholic School Angel Scholarship Fund, 22750 Metcalf Ave. Bucyrus, KS 66013, or to the Louisburg Library, 206 S Broadway St. Louisburg, KS 66053.
