She is survived by: her husband Leroy Edward Penner (Bud) of Balko; her grandchildren, Randall Tyler Chapman (Stephanie) of Guymon, Tera Jo Chapman Anderson (Kyle) of Louisburg, Ta Faun Lewis Harms of Paola, Kelsey Marie Blackburn of Lindsborg, Shealee Kay Wilson Bailey of Oregon, Haley Chapman of Craig, Braeden Fields, Megan Anderson of Ottawa, Justin Anderson of Louisburg, Brett Fields of Guymon, Braden Anderson of Louisburg and Reese Chapman of Guymon, Oklahoma.; and her sister-in-law Mary Ann Scott of Union City, Oklahoma.. She is also survived by many friends, family and coworkers.
