He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Stowell and Edna Stowell (Hartmann); and also, Wayne and Opal Baldock. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Stowell; his daughters, Doni Stowell and Della Ribordy (Clark); his grandchildren, Mesa Ribordy, Dalton Ribordy (Maddie Olson) and Brook Thompson (Taylor); his great grandchildren, Kaia and Kaden Thompson; and his brothers, Elmer "Duke" Stowell and Robert Stowell (Sue). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
