He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Neill and Thelma Neill; his brothers, Wesley and Dick; and his father-in-law Marvin Mallory.
He is survived by: his wife Loree Mallory; his sister Joyce Seuferling (Jim); his mother-in-law Arietta Mallory; his brothers-in-law, David Mallory (Leann), Danny Mallory (Tonjia) and Loren Mallory; and his goddaughters, Brittany Carpenter and Rachel Loucks. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews, 17 great-nieces and nephews, 3 great-great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorial contributions be made payable to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation or The Kansas City Foundation for Pulmonary Fibrosis, c/o Dengel & Son Mortuary, PO Box 669, Louisburg, KS 66053.
