He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven Ballard and Mamie Ballard (Steele); his wife Norma; his brothers, James, Jerry and Gilbert (Gill); and his son Bobby Goff.
He is survived by: his sister Jan Foland of Belton, MO; and his children, Kathy Williams of Georgia, Albert Ballard, Jr. of Tennessee, Scottie Ballard (Jamie) of Louisburg, Bill Goff of Hilsdale, Dan Goff of Kansas City, Steve Goff (Marnie) of Kansas City and Joe Goff of Alabama. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren. And many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
