She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Bates and Velma Bates (Tedman); her spouse Jerry D. Koehn; and her sister-in-law Beverly Kay Bates. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Michelle (Mike Hayes) and Jeffrey Lee (Karin Koehn); her grandchildren, Kimberlyn Hayes of Greensburg and Chase Hayes of Greensburg; and her brother Norman Lee Bates. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
