He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Newman and Helen Newman (Piper); and his brother Bobby Newman. He is survived by: his brothers, Billy, Charles Jr. and Chet Newman; his children, Dustin Strouse of Russell, KS, Ashley Strouse of Lorraine and Angie Dolezal of Ellsworth, KS; and his grandchildren, Jaleel, Jahmal, Jelicia, Kylie, Maggie, Peyton, Jayden, Ali and Layne.
