With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn Marie Griffiths of Long Island, Kansas, who passed away on October 29, 2020 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Erickson and Hattie Erickson (Van Kooten); her husband Bernard Griffiths; her daughter Pamela; and her siblings-in-law, Rose Erickson and Paul Johnson.
She is survived by: her sons, Douglas Griffiths (Karen) of Norton and Scott Griffiths (Robbie) of Long Island; her grandchildren, Tara Griffiths of Milford, John Griffiths (Kenzie) of Norton, Joel Griffiths (Hillary) of Overland Park and Henry Griffiths (Meredith) of Long Island; and her siblings, Ilene Johnson and Norman Erickson. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Andbe Home, Long Island Community Building or Long Island Library.
