He was predeceased by: his mother G. Eileen Gebhard (Godfrey); his sister-in-law Diane Stutterheim; and his nephew Dustin Hogan. He is survived by: his father Charles W Gebhard of Phillipsburg; his wife Nyla Deane Edgett; his son Ashton (Julia) of Almena, KS; his sisters, Kathy Hogan (Lee) of Hastings, NE, Cam Thaden of Eudora, KS and Ranelle Hays (Gale) of Prairie View, KS; his aunt Donna Fae Van Kooten of Long Island, KS; his uncle Duane Townsend of Council Bluffs, IA; and his close friend Gibbs. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; a plethora of friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Team Schnak Strong Fund which helps send kids with Type 1 Diabetes to Camp Discovery or the Kansas Suicide Prevention HQ which helps train and fund counselors for the suicide prevention hotline, 988, in Kansas.
