It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harley Rafert of Logan, Kansas, born in Gresham, Nebraska, who passed away on July 28, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Rafert and Helen Rafert (Dunbier); his wife Marilyn Henne; and his sister Gladys Mae Cunningham (Percy). He is survived by: his children, Sally Myer (Phil) of Phillipsburg, KS and James Rafert (Tatiana) of Ashburn, VA; his grandchildren, Amber Dembnicki (Ryan), Sara Lashmett (Ty), Emily Myer, Elise Myer, Ethan Rafert, Joshua Rafert, Matthew Rafert, Eli Rafert and Grace Rafert; his great grandchild Wade Lashmett; and his siblings, Robert Rafert (Lee) of Shelby, NE, Ruth Ann Barr of Milsap, TX and Don Rafert (Barb) of Gresham, NE..

Harley Dale Rafert, age 86, of Logan, KS, formerly of Gresham, NE, died Tuesday, July 28, 2020 in Logan, KS, of complications associated with COVID 19 infection.

Memorials may be directed to the Logan Manor, where he received loving care during his final 3 years of life.
